Supporting the end-to-end development of high-quality proposals, the remote Proposal Writer will manage proposal strategy, content development, compliance, and submission for government and commercial procurements while collaborating cross-functionally to meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of proposal development for federal and state procurements, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and ITBs
Ensure proposals meet all technical, legal, and regulatory requirements while developing compelling content that articulates the company's value proposition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support proposal reviews, approvals, and final submission processes
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal writing or equivalent experience
Strong project management skills, including scheduling and resource coordination
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical content into persuasive narratives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
