A company is looking for a Senior Manager Retention & Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage subscription program performance metrics, including take-up rate and churn
Oversee lifecycle email and SMS marketing via Klaviyo
Execute the Onnit Tribe loyalty program and develop retention strategies
Required Qualifications
4 to 6 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or subscription marketing
At least 3 years at a digitally native DTC brand with a subscription model
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and subscription platforms
Experience in building or operating loyalty programs is a plus
Proven track record of improving subscriber retention and LTV
