To support a growing sales team, the full-time salaried Growth Account Executive will manage the end-to-end sales process, prospecting and converting inbound leads into paying customers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full sales lifecycle, including self-sourcing up to 50% of the pipeline through outbound prospecting
Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to align solutions with customer business goals
Lead executive-level presentations to demonstrate how the technology unlocks scalability for prospects
Required qualifications
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in SMB to Mid-Market environments
Proficiency in modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience in inside sales, lead generation, and outbound marketing
Ability to make 40+ outbound calls per day and manage multiple tasks effectively
