Owning a defined SMB territory in the Southeast, the full-time Account Executive, SMB will manage the full sales cycle for mid-market employer prospects, from initial outreach through proposal and close, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of mid-market employer prospects in the Southeast, leading discovery conversations and closing deals
Develop and present tailored proposals that align Carrot's platform with client business outcomes and employee experience goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent Carrot at regional events to build brand awareness and relationships
Required qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR tech, employee benefits, healthcare, or SaaS
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a disciplined manner
Experience selling to HR, People Operations, or Benefits leaders in smaller organizations
Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools, maintaining accurate pipeline data
Alignment with Carrot's mission to expand access to healthcare benefits
