As a Media Strategy & Measurement Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing media investments across various channels including TV, audio, and brand platforms. Your expertise will guide geo-level investment recommendations and inform strategies based on audience demand, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to maximize media impact.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor ESOV across TV, audio, and brand channels to inform media investments.
Develop geo-level investment recommendations based on Viewing Room presence and demand.
Identify and prioritize CEPs across audiences and markets.
Build a triangulation framework using media data, search trends, and MMM outputs.
Assess media effectiveness via incrementality testing and cross-channel measures.
Partner with agencies and internal teams to refine media impact evaluation.
Requirements & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in media planning, strategy, or marketing analytics.
Deep TV and streaming expertise across linear TV, streaming/CTV, and audio.
Planner + Quant mindset: combine creative planning with data-driven defense.
Business model literacy for high-AOV, high-consideration products across digital and physical retail.
Technical proficiency: MMM, incrementality testing, geo-level modeling, ESOV tracking.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
