Relationship Advisor (Retirement Planning Focus) — Lehi, UT | Full-Time | Capital Wealth
Capital Wealth is seeking a Relationship Advisor to play a key role in delivering a proactive, high-touch client experience for our growing base of pre-retiree and retiree clients. This is not a transactional role. Our Relationship Advisors are deeply invested in client relationships, retention, and long-term outcomes. You will partner closely with a Lead Advisor to service an existing book of business, strengthen client relationships, and identify meaningful planning opportunities. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and guide clients through important financial decisions.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management

Conduct two (2) Strategic Review meetings annually for assigned clients

Proactively schedule and manage client outreach — ownership is key

Deliver a high-touch experience for Diamond and Platinum tier households, contributing to four total annual touchpoints

Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and ongoing service needs

Focus on relationship-first interactions, not transactions

Opportunity Identification & Growth

Identify new planning and business opportunities within the existing client base

Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce

Collaborate with the Lead Advisor to ensure alignment and proper execution

Support efforts to uncover and consolidate outside assets

Case Design & Planning Support

Assist in building and preparing case design strategies for client recommendations

Ensure all case design work is completed at least one week prior to client meetings

Align all recommendations with the firm's 60/40 Target Asset Mix philosophy

Maintain a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and client alignment

Work closely with Lead Advisors to service their client book

Partner with internal team members to deliver a cohesive client experience

Participate in training and mentorship opportunities as part of advisor development

What We're Looking For

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A relationship-first mindset with a focus on client retention

Ability to manage multiple client relationships with organization and consistency

Experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory preferred

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
