Job Summary – Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Coordinator who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in sales. This role is ideal for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a coachable mindset.

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team with daily administrative tasks, client communication, lead follow-up, proposals, contracts, event details, and overall sales organization. This person should be comfortable speaking with guests, clients, and team members while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

The right candidate does not need to know everything on day one, but they must be willing to learn, take feedback, ask questions, and stay organized. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their sales skills, understand the hospitality business, and grow into a stronger sales professional over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with calls, emails, proposals, contracts, and client follow-up

Help organize group bookings, events, meetings, and sales documents

Maintain accurate records, files, and communication notes

Provide excellent service to clients, guests, and internal departments

Support the coordination between sales, front desk, banquets, housekeeping, and operations

Learn hotel systems, sales processes, and brand standards

Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude
