Senior Product Manager – Marketing Technology 100% Remote
What You'll Be Doing Product Management
Define the marketing technology vision and roadmap
Maintain expert knowledge of Marketing Technology
Develop and maintain a deep and broad understanding of the marketing team, their business processes, and business roadmap
Manage an ecosystem of applications to solve our business challenges and ensure the seamless flow of information throughout the platform
Engage with business stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process that equitably handles competing priorities across business teams
Stakeholder Management
Engage with business leaders as their trusted advisor
Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners across all components of the platform
Build user communities that provide a continuous feedback loop drives the platform forward
Maintain collaborative relationships with the Link Technology and Data teams
Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors that challenge them to deliver world-class service for Link
Project Delivery
Oversee the development of business cases, user requirements, and project charters
Create and manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across a portfolio of projects
Create and manage processes for testing, release management, and change control
Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management
Technology Operations
Manage application infrastructure services from internal and external providers
Manage integrations with Link and external products and platforms
Develop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectations
Skills We're Seeking 7+ years of experience with Product Management
3+ recent years of experience managing marketing-related technology products
CRM
Email marketing
CMS Website hosting/optimization
SEO
Social Media
SharePoint
Nice To Haves Real estate experience
Data Analytics experience
