The Managing Director will oversee a defined operating area, with full responsibility for P&L, project execution, and team leadership. This role plays a critical part in aligning field operations with financial targets while building the structure and accountability needed to support continued regional growth.
The Environment
This role operates within a field-driven construction and infrastructure services environment, supporting trenchless pipeline rehabilitation and utility-related projects. The Managing Director works closely with project management, operations, and estimating teams to ensure consistent execution.
The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, requiring strong leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to manage multiple active projects. Travel is required, especially early on, to support operations and client engagement.

- 5+ years of experience in construction, civil, or infrastructure services
- Experience in heavy construction, pipeline, or underground utility projects
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and forecasting
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and project executionExperience with contract administration and bid review processes
- Background in trenchless or utility-related environments preferred
