Engaging with existing business customers, the full-time Inside Account Executive will facilitate transitions to next-generation products and services, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Reach out to existing customers to discuss necessary transitions and conduct assessments to tailor solutions
Facilitate the service conversion process and coordinate with internal teams to manage installation schedules
Monitor project progress, resolve implementation issues, and meet monthly sales targets
Required qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in telecommunications
Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
