Focusing on enhancing customer connectivity, the full-time Inside Account Executive will engage with existing business clients to facilitate transitions to next-generation products and services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Reach out to existing customers to discuss necessary transitions and conduct assessments to tailor solutions
Facilitate the service conversion process, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations and coordinating with internal teams as needed
Monitor project progress, resolve issues during implementation, and meet monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Required qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications (B2B)
Proven ability to build rapport and trust with customers through strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain a distraction-free remote workplace with high-speed internet of 25 MBPS or higher
