What We Need:
We are seeking an Executive Producer / On-Air Talent for JAM'N 94-5. The ideal candidate would be an organized, driven, dynamic, Boston‑connected, Hip Hop‑obsessed, social media‑savvy, opinionated, pop‑culture conversationalist able to contribute and elevate on day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Produce daily morning show, collaborating with the host on content creation and execution, organizing show clocks, and integrating content and music.
- Guide content decisions based on strong knowledge or interest in Hip‑Hop music and culture, pop culture, music, sports, and relevant news.
- Serve as co‑host, adding authentic and compelling perspective and knowledge to conversations with the host, guests, and callers.
- Handle pre‑show, post‑show, and in‑show tasks: pulling audio actualities, booking guests, prepping callers, and coordinating content on air and on social media.
- Repurpose audio/video content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to execute station‑related strategies.
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Marketing Director on station contesting and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager to develop and execute social/digital strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to execute sales‑related tasks and strategies.
- Identify and ideate new ways for the show and station to reach ratings and revenue goals.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong knowledge or interest in Hip‑Hop music and culture, pop culture, music, sports, and relevant news.
- Experience in broadcast production and on‑air performance, either radio or audio experience, or related communication experience.
- Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver an engaging, relatable, authentic personality on air and on social media.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with audio and video production tools.
- Expertise in social media strategies.

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
