Responsibilities

Be the go-to resource for personal lines insurance auto, home, umbrella, and more

Guide clients through options with honesty, clarity, and care

Manage a pipeline of leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities

Use our AMS/CRM system to stay organized and efficient

Work with our quoting team and support staff to make the process seamless

Represent GSP at local events and build real community connections

Embrace our culture and values – we don't do corporate fluff, we do real

Requirements

Active P&C license preferred (or ready to get one ASAP)

Experience in personal lines insurance is a plus but great salespeople welcome

Excellent communicator with a heart for service and a drive to win

Self-starter with solid follow-up skills (we don't micromanage)
