RK Real Estate & Development is searching for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing and branding efforts for real estate and development projects. In this role you will create and implement marketing strategies, promote property listings and initiatives, manage both digital and print campaigns, and elevate our brand presence across all platforms.
Manage and update the RK Real Estate & Development website.
Administer RK Real Estate & Development property listings on various platforms (Crexi, LoopNet, etc.).
Oversee physical property signage across RK Real Estate & Development's U.S. portfolio, including pricing, hiring, design, installation, and tracking.
Create marketing materials such as property flyers, banners, brochures, and more.
Coordinate planning for real estate conferences, including registration, content creation, travel arrangements, and booth design and setup.
Facilitate drone footage of properties and produce marketing videos.
Manage social media accounts and develop content for these platforms.
Maintain and update email marketing and contact lists for prospecting.
Willingness to travel overnight for real estate conferences and industry events (approximately six times per year).
Produce printed and electronic content, including RK Acquisition Site Criteria, available properties, brochures, and convention displays.
Essential Qualities for Success
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience (real estate experience preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Proficiency in social media management and email marketing software.
Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Photography and video editing skills (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Attention to detail.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong time management skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Physical Requirements

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
