Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified Digital/Social Media Marketing Manager to join our global team. This position can be located in the United States OR Mexico OR Chile OR Peru OR Spain OR South Africa OR The Netherlands.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the global digital presence of Fall Creek® and its two distinct brand programs, Fall Creek® Collection and Sekoya®. You will have direct influence over how we engage growers, retail partners, and end consumers across our key global regions, leading integrated campaigns, paid media strategy, a major website refresh, and the ongoing evolution of our digital ecosystem.

What you'll do at Fall Creek:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across the B2B2C value chain

Lead all HubSpot marketing tasks and platform management

Spearhead 2026 website revamp and refresh projects

Manage direct report and collaborate with global marketing teams

Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations

Social Media Management:

Create content for Fall Creek's® social platforms

Establish annual and monthly social media calendars in alignment with marketing managers

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all regions and cultural markets

Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute email campaigns for growers, retailers, and supply chain partners

Monitor campaign budgets and optimize performance

Support SEO/SEM initiatives and stay current with digital trends

Partner with design team, regional managers, and external agencies

Coordinate with product, customer service, and grower support teams

*Scope includes additional strategic digital marketing initiatives as business priorities evolve.

What you bring to Fall Creek:
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING

Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or related field

10+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, brand management, and/or consumer strategy

Proven success with digital/social media strategies that deliver measurable business results

Experience managing teams and external vendor relationships

Proficiency in English and Spainish (both Written and Verbal)

Deep understanding of social media platforms and analytics/reporting

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content optimization strategies

Proficiency in HubSpot, social media management tools, and Google Analytics

Basic photo/video editing skills preferred (e.g. Canva)

Strategic thinking with strong project management abilities

Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills

Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset

Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and managing multiple priorities

Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving abilities Passion for digital innovation and staying current with industry trends

Global perspective and cultural intelligence for international markets

Results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail

Exceptional project management skills with composure under pressure and ability to navigate multiple strategic priorities simultaneously
