Our beauty client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support B2B Marketing & Field Services initiatives across the U.S. market. This unique hybrid role sits at the intersection of US Marketing and Sales Operations and will serve as a critical liaison between the Marketing team, Sales Leadership, and professional business partners.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a strong blend of marketing coordination, operational execution, communication, and relationship management skills. This individual will play a key role in driving like-for-like growth across strategic account channels including Flagships, SkinLabs, Corporate Accounts, and Strategic Accounts by supporting localized marketing initiatives, commercial activations, partner communications, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Marketing & Partner Communications

Support the execution of B2B marketing initiatives designed to drive growth across strategic account channels

Develop and coordinate professional partner communications including promotional updates, commercial offers, marketing toolkits, newsletters, and campaign materials

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment across sales and marketing touchpoints

Assist in the development and localization of marketing assets to support both in-clinic and online business growth

Sales & Field Services Support

Act as a key support partner to Sales Leadership and Field teams by helping streamline communication, operational workflows, and account support initiatives

Coordinate and track commercial programs, launches, promotions, and field marketing initiatives

Support account needs by ensuring marketing tools, materials, and resources are delivered accurately and on time

Assist with field requests, program execution, and account follow-up as needed

Operational Coordination & Project Management

Manage timelines, calendars, trackers, and cross-functional deliverables to support ongoing marketing and sales initiatives

Coordinate internal approvals, routing processes, and asset distribution across departments

Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and next steps to stakeholders
Support invoice processing, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and purchase order management

Account Growth & Commercial Support

Help support growth initiatives across strategic account groups including Flagships, SkinLabs, Corporate Accounts, and Strategic Accounts

Assist with reporting and tracking key business metrics tied to campaigns, promotions, and account performance

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Education, Digital, and Operations teams to support commercial success

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, B2B marketing, sales support, field marketing, or account operations

Beauty, wellness, luxury, retail, or professional services industry experience strongly preferred

Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting B2B or professional partner marketing programs

Familiarity with CRM, marketing, or project management tools

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with budget tracking, invoices, purchase orders, and operational coordination

Comfortable working with both creative and operational stakeholders
