In this role, you will support business development and partnership operations for a leading gaming organization, helping manage the full lifecycle of licensing and partnership agreements. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to coordinate deal execution, track contractual obligations, and ensure operational excellence across finance, legal, and partner teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to widely recognized gaming experiences enjoyed by millions of players while helping optimize internal processes and partnership workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior Business Development leaders in executing and managing partnership and licensing agreements from initiation through completion
Assist in preparing negotiation materials, contract templates, and supporting documentation across all stages of deals
Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation in internal systems and shared repositories
Coordinate supplier onboarding and manage partner payments using procurement and finance tools
Review, process, and execute NDAs for new and existing partnerships
Maintain rights tracking systems (e.g., licensed content trackers), ensuring visibility into key dates such as expirations and renewals
Monitor upcoming deadlines and proactively ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Help manage inbound partnership proposals, including triaging submissions and coordinating responses
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure timely deal execution
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and overall business development processes
Provide general project and operational support for additional team initiatives as needed
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in business development, program coordination, contract management, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
Proven experience managing projects and tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment (5+ years)
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups (5+ years)
High attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes with accuracy and consistency (5+ years)
Experience working with legal contracts and coordinating with legal and finance teams on time-sensitive deliverables
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with standard business applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or contract-related roles
Background in the gaming, media, or entertainment industry
Experience in a paralegal or contract negotiation support role
Familiarity with licensing agreements, rights management, or digital content partnerships
Experience with procurement, payment processing, or financial tracking tools
Demonstrated ability to improve and streamline operational processes
Comfort working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is
$85,000 to $90,000 USD yearly . Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
