Eastern Region Sales Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for a proven sales leader who can step in and make an immediate impact in our Eastern Region. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing B2B retail sales relationships, supporting cross-functional teams, managing independent rep groups, and leading sales growth initiatives.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue throughout the Eastern U.S. region.

Build, manage, and expand relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, strategic partners, and independent rep agencies.

Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Analyze market trends and competitive activity.

Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events throughout the U.S. and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

5–10 years retailer sales experience, working with rep agencies and buying groups.

Experience within Farm & Ranch, Sporting Goods, Outdoor, Apparel, or Mass Merchant retail channels preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or related field experience.

Strong communication, and strategic planning skills.

Self‑motivated, highly organized, and action-oriented.

Travel Requirements

Domestic travel throughout the United States is required.

Additional international travel may occasionally be required.

Candidate should reside within the Mid / Eastern United States.
