Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and execution for campaigns and initiatives.
- Applies foundational design principles including typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Designs for digital platforms including social media and web
- Direct and review design work for quality and consistency.
- Translate strategy into visual narratives.
- Establish and refine standards, templates, and systems.
- Mentor designers and guide creative direction.
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee complex projects and vendor coordination.
- Improve workflows and scalability.

- Works effectively across multiple projects with varying timelines and complexity.
- Maintains strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and follow-through.

Qualifications
- 6+ years experience.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
- Figma expertise.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Portfolio required for consideration.
