We’re looking for a

Customer Experience Specialist

who can provide friendly, professional service to walk-in and phone customers in our showroom. If you enjoy helping people, love organized environments, and have a talent for customer communication, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers into our showroom and help them explore product options
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with orders
Prepare accurate quotes and enter orders into our system
Recommend related products to enhance the customer’s experience
Build long-term relationships with recurring clients
Keep the showroom neat, clean, and well-organized
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly goals
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of customer service or retail sales experience
A warm, friendly, and professional attitude
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Fast learner, especially with new product catalogs and systems
High attention to detail and organization
Strong computer and order-entry skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
