Refractive Coordinator – Peña Eye Institute
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Refractive Coordinator to guide patients through their refractive surgery journey, including LASIK, premium IOLs, and cataract procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate and support patients before and after consultations

Respond to inquiries and help convert potential patients to advanced procedures

Coordinate surgery scheduling and ensure all pre-op materials are ready

Maintain and update patient education materials

Track and report on procedure data, referrals, and marketing trends

Communicate with referring doctors and manage follow-up

Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred

Strong multitasking and customer service skills

Detail-oriented and able to thrive under pressure

Willing to train the right candidate with a strong sales background
