Personal Lines Account Manager - 50% Remote
Our client, large regional independent insurance agency in Oakland County, MI, is searching for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of middle-market personal lines accounts. Responsibilities include general daily servicing of acounts, renewals, marketing and remarketing, and rounding accounts when relevant
Key Responsibilities
- Daily servicing of assigned personal lines accounts
- Maintain accurate data in agency management system
- Review policies and documents for consistency and compliance
- Communicate with clients and underwriters to address inquiries and gather information
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team environment
Qualifications
- Active and valid State of Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management
- Proficiency AMS360 and/or Applied EPIC prefered
