Personal Lines Account Manager - 50% Remote
Our client, large regional independent insurance agency in Oakland County, MI, is searching for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of middle‑market personal lines accounts. Responsibilities include general daily servicing of acounts, renewals, marketing and remarketing, and rounding accounts when relevant

Key Responsibilities

Daily servicing of assigned personal lines accounts

Review policies and documents for consistency and compliance

Communicate with clients and underwriters to address inquiries and gather information

Provide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team environment

Qualifications

Active and valid State of Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License

2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management

Proficiency AMS360 and/or Applied EPIC prefered

Hybrid work schedule with 50% remote
