Overview
Our Client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to support energy efficiency initiatives by engaging prospective customers, driving interest in energy solutions, and scheduling consultations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-volume outreach environment and are passionate about helping customers identify cost-saving and sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce efficiency programs, generate interest, and schedule appointments
Manage inbound inquiries, providing accurate information, answering questions, and converting leads into scheduled consultations
Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly call and performance targets
Evaluate and refine lead lists, research customer profiles, and identify high-potential prospects
Develop strong product knowledge of efficiency solutions to match offerings with customer needs (training provided)
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and outcomes within HubSpot CRM
Identify customer needs and tailor messaging to effectively engage a variety of prospect types
Collaborate with team members and leadership to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, call center, or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport quickly
Ability to handle objections and adapt approach based on customer needs
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a goal-driven environment
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Westwood, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
