Overview:
As the Consulting & Client Relationship Lead (Industrial, Energy & Travel), you will partner with delivery teams to strengthen and expand existing client relationships across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions with client needs and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Drive revenue growth within manufacturing accounts by identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Leverage industry expertise and consultative selling skills to demonstrate the value of analytics, AI, and digital transformation solutions.
Build strong client partnerships through regular engagement and successful solution delivery.
Understand client priorities and translate business challenges into growth opportunities.
Lead business development and pre-sales efforts while representing the full portfolio of AI, Engineering & Design, and Behavioral Science offerings.
Advance sales opportunities through consultative discussions, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:
Proven success in growing manufacturing accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience in industrial, chemical, automotive, metals, or electronics manufacturing is preferred.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive account growth.
Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills, linking client challenges to business outcomes.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively, solve complex business problems, and recommend effective solutions.
Demonstrated experience leading global teams and managing large-scale client relationships.

Must-Haves:
8–15 years

of total experience.
7+ years

in Sales & Account Management with a strong revenue-growth track record.
5+ years

in the Manufacturing industry.
3+ years

of experience/exposure to AI & Machine Learning solutions. xsgimln

in Business Analytics.
