Selling North Georgia Realty is seeking a creative, organized, and driven Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to manage the marketing and promotion of residential, commercial, and land listings across North Georgia.

This role combines social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, and listing coordination to help properties stand out online and generate buyer interest. The ideal candidate understands how to create engaging real estate content, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain consistent branding across all platforms.

This position plays a key role in supporting agents, promoting listings, and growing the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing launches for new listings, open houses, price reductions, and back‑on‑market properties

Create MLS‑ready marketing remarks and listing summaries

Organize listing photos, videos, drone footage, and marketing assetsEnsure listings are promoted consistently across all marketing channels

Social Media Management

Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

Develop engaging captions, reels, stories, and promotional graphics

Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages as needed

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design signage, flyers, brochures, postcards, social graphics, and digital advertisements

Edit listing videos, reels, and short‑form content

Create marketing campaigns tailored to specific property features and target buyers

Assist with branding materials for agents and company promotions

Digital Marketing

Coordinate paid social media advertising campaigns

Update website content and online property listings

Monitor analytics and marketing performance

Research current real estate marketing trends and strategies

Administrative & Team Support

Coordinate with agents, photographers, videographers, and vendors

Manage marketing calendars and campaign deadlines

Maintain organized digital files and marketing templates

Assist with community events, sponsorships, and company promotions

Provide marketing analysis and reports

Team player who supports operations team members as needed

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, communications, social media, or real estate marketing preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Real estate industry knowledge

Copywriting and caption writing

Reel and short‑form video editing

Social media advertising

Graphic design

CRM and email marketing platforms

Basic SEO knowledge

Basic photography or video editing experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary starting at $40,000 annually

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the position
