What You’ll Do:
Creative & Marketing Asset Creation:

Design and produce marketing materials including catalogs, flyers, promotional graphics, email assets, social media graphics, signage, banners, sales collateral, and branded materials

Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all marketing assets and communication

Assist with photography, image selection, and creative asset organization

Lead the coordination and production of print and digital catalogs, layout coordination, pricing validation, image management, and content accuracy

Coordinate closely with purchasing, product, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate catalog updates

Support ongoing efforts to improve catalog production efficiency through automation and creative production tools

Campaign Execution & Marketing Support:

Coordinate and execute go-to-market campaigns including email, web, social, and ecommerce

Assist in developing campaign messaging, positioning, and promotional content

Build and deploy email marketing campaigns using Pardot or similar marketing platforms

Maintain campaign schedules and marketing calendars to support timely execution of initiatives

Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics

Product & System Coordination:

Collaborate with product, purchasing, and ecommerce teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date product information and marketing content

Coordinate product and marketing data across ERP, ecommerce, CRM, and marketing systems

Conduct regular quality checks to validate product data, pricing, images, and content accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2 - 5 years experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, or similar role

Strong project management, organization, and communication skills

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or Salesforce

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience in B2B, wholesale, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments

Exposure to ERP systems such as Prophet 21 (P21)

Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices

Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and workflows
