Radio Promotion Coordinator
Position Summary
The Radio Promotion Coordinator provides administrative, creative, and operational support to the Promotion team and executive leadership across Triple Tigers and Akando Music. This position is responsible for managing reporting, travel coordination, promotional asset distribution, budget tracking, and supporting various radio promotion initiatives and artist development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting & Systems Management

Pull and distribute daily and weekly radio, chart, and performance reports

Encode music to Mediabase and ensure accurate metadata delivery

Execute Play MPE shipments for new releases and promotional priorities

Maintain and update the radio prep site with new releases, audio assets, and artist news

Administrative & Executive Support

Book travel and manage expense reporting for the Co President

Maintain and update the Triple Tigers / Akando Vacation Request calendar

Process invoices and ensure timely submission to Finance

Promotions, Ticketing & Logistics

Track ticket requests for upcoming shows and coordinate ticket purchases

Coordinate travel arrangements for radio winners and contest participants

Coordinate travel for Triple Tigers and Akando artists for radio visits and promotional events

Fulfill requests for mailing promotional items, including merchandise and marketing materials

Creative & Marketing Support

Create graphics, one‑sheets, and promotional materials for trade ads and radio campaigns

Distribute trade shots to Aircheck, Billboard, Country Insider, and other industry outlets

Coordinate distribution of new project assets, including album download codes and promotional tools

Budget & Project Support

Track budgets for Akando Music projects and maintain accurate financial documentation

Support project management tasks as assigned by the Promotion leadership team

Event & Meeting Preparation

Prepare presentations and materials for radio summit meetings

Begin and manage early planning tasks for Country Radio Seminar (CRS) 2027, including scheduling, logistics, and asset coordination

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

1–3 years of experience in the music industry, radio promotion, marketing, or administrative support

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Familiarity with Mediabase, PlayMPE, and industry reporting tools is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
