Radio Promotion CoordinatorPosition SummaryThe Radio Promotion Coordinator provides administrative, creative, and operational support to the Promotion team and executive leadership across Triple Tigers and Akando Music. This position is responsible for managing reporting, travel coordination, promotional asset distribution, budget tracking, and supporting various radio promotion initiatives and artist development.Ideal CandidateDetail orientedProactiveCapable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReporting & Systems ManagementPull and distribute daily and weekly radio, chart, and performance reportsEncode music to Mediabase and ensure accurate metadata deliveryExecute Play MPE shipments for new releases and promotional prioritiesMaintain and update the radio prep site with new releases, audio assets, and artist newsAdministrative & Executive SupportBook travel and manage expense reporting for the Co PresidentMaintain and update the Triple Tigers / Akando Vacation Request calendarProcess invoices and ensure timely submission to FinancePromotions, Ticketing & LogisticsTrack ticket requests for upcoming shows and coordinate ticket purchasesCoordinate travel arrangements for radio winners and contest participantsCoordinate travel for Triple Tigers and Akando artists for radio visits and promotional eventsFulfill requests for mailing promotional items, including merchandise and marketing materialsCreative & Marketing SupportCreate graphics, one‑sheets, and promotional materials for trade ads and radio campaignsDistribute trade shots to Aircheck, Billboard, Country Insider, and other industry outletsCoordinate distribution of new project assets, including album download codes and promotional toolsBudget & Project SupportTrack budgets for Akando Music projects and maintain accurate financial documentationSupport project management tasks as assigned by the Promotion leadership teamEvent & Meeting PreparationPrepare presentations and materials for radio summit meetingsBegin and manage early planning tasks for Country Radio Seminar (CRS) 2027, including scheduling, logistics, and asset coordinationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Music Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred1–3 years of experience in the music industry, radio promotion, marketing, or administrative supportStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferredFamiliarity with Mediabase, PlayMPE, and industry reporting tools is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environmentCompetenciesAttention to detailStrong follow throughCreative problem solvingProfessional communicationAdaptability and resourcefulnessEstimated CompensationEstimated Min Rate: $16.80Estimated Max Rate: $24.00Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
