What we're looking for:
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of experience
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
You'll do well here if you:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Identify prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and business development activities
Present and promote company products and services, including banners, signs, decals, displays, and custom graphic solutions
Meet with customers to understand their marketing, branding, and signage needs
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner
Coordinate with design, production, and customer service teams to ensure project requirements are met
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Negotiate pricing and service agreements within company guidelines
Attend networking events, trade shows, and community events to generate business opportunities
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
