This organization specializes in premium, high-value products and is looking to add a detail-oriented professional to support both their sales and operations teams. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support partner to the sales team, managing the full order lifecycle from handoff through delivery

Track and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy with pricing, terms, and inventory availability

Maintain visibility into product inventory, lead times, and incoming shipments to support sales forecasting

Act as a liaison between sales, operations, vendors, and customers to provide timely updates on order status

Generate and distribute pricing sheets, dealer tier information, and customer-specific quotes

Prepare invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on past-due payments

Communicate directly with customers to provide order updates and resolve questions

Utilize Excel and QuickBooks to track data, support reporting, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales support, order management, administrative, or operations roles

Required Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

High attention to detail and strong follow-through

Comfortable working with data and problem-solving to find information independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; experience with QuickBooks is a plus

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and customers
