Position Summary
Rolling Suds of Columbus-Auburn is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our residential and commercial power washing business throughout the Columbus, GA, Auburn-Opelika, AL, and LaGrange, GA markets. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, managing local brand presence, and helping drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Generate new commercial and residential leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, social media outreach, and community engagement

Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, HOAs, retail centers, restaurants, schools, municipalities, and other target customers

Conduct site visits and provide estimates for power washing and exterior cleaning services

Follow up on inbound leads and convert opportunities into closed business

Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM software

Meet or exceed monthly revenue and sales activity goals

Identify opportunities for recurring service agreements and long-term contracts

Social Media & Brand Management

Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Create and schedule content showcasing completed projects, customer testimonials, promotions, and community involvement

Capture photos and videos of projects and job sites for marketing use

Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers

Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and local business functions to increase brand awareness throughout Columbus, Auburn, Opelika, and LaGrange

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met

Administrative & Reporting

Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions

Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts

Maintain accurate customer records and proposal documentation

Collaborate with ownership on territory growth strategies and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

2+ years of sales, business development, or marketing experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and face-to-face sales

Experience managing social media accounts for a business preferred

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Organized with strong follow-through and time management

Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
