Interstate Roofing is part of the ONE Solutions family, a dynamic, fast-growing enterprise that owns and operates multiple roofing companies across 15+ states. With headquarters in Phoenix, Chicago, and Denver, and a leadership team based in Utah, we support a workforce of approximately 125 W-2 employees and more than 600 independent contractors nationwide.
This position is being recruited through ONE Solutions and will directly support Interstate Roofing’s Kansas and Missouri operations.
Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and hands-on Sales & Operations Manager to oversee and support the daily operations of our Kansas office. This role serves as a key support partner to both our sales and project management teams while also helping maintain smooth office operations and a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate has prior roofing industry experience, understands roofing materials and job processes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable balancing operational support, customer service, project coordination, and office responsibilities throughout the day.

This is a collaborative role requiring strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to support both field operations and office administration in a growing environment.
Responsibilities

Sales & Team Support

Support sales representatives and project managers with day-to-day operational needs

Assist with sales recruiting efforts, candidate coordination, and onboarding support

Help facilitate and lead regular sales meetings and office communications

Support accountability and follow-through across the sales team

Assist leadership with reporting, team coordination, and operational organization

Maintain accurate records within company systems and CRM platforms

Operations & Office Management

Help oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional, organized work environment

Serve as a local support resource for office and field employees

Assist with employee onboarding, office coordination, and administrative support

Partner with leadership to improve operational efficiency and office processes

Support communication between office staff, sales teams, project managers, and leadership

Customer & Project Support

Provide excellent customer service and professional communication

Support project managers and sales representatives with customer follow-up and project coordination

Help resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure a high-quality customer experience

Assist teams in maintaining organization and responsiveness throughout active projects
Qualifications

Prior roofing industry experience required

Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and project workflows

Experience supporting sales, operations, production, or project management teams preferred

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient with technology, Microsoft Office, and CRM/project management systems

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with office staff, sales teams, project managers, and leadership

Leadership or office management experience preferred
