This hybrid role offers the chance to influence operational changes and engage diverse audiences with clear, professional messaging.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft, review, and deliver external communications across multiple waves, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and procurement teams for review and approval.
- Coordinate timely distribution, monitor responses, and handle escalations.
- Support post-send analysis to track outcomes and follow-up actions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in internal or external communications, especially in change management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Experience working with senior management and handling complex messaging.
