We are a mobile truck and trailer repair company dedicated to providing high-quality repair and maintenance services to our customers. Our team of skilled technicians work around the clock to keep our customers' fleets running smoothly. We are now seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our customers' service needs. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure that our customers receive prompt and efficient service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Answering inbound customer service calls and responding to inquiries via email or chat

Coordinating and scheduling repair and maintenance services for our customers' fleets

Keeping customersinformed of the status of their repairs and maintenance services

Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Documenting service requests and maintaining accurate records in our system

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

2+ years of experience in customer service in a related field

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with a CRM system

Knowledge of the trucking industry and/or experience working in a mechanic shop is a plus
