Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IT consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful delivery of IT services.
Key Responsibilities
· Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts with a strong sales and revenue focus.
· Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts (upselling & cross-selling IT services and staffing solutions).
· Identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities in the IT consulting space.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
· Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals.
· Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
· Prepare proposals, pricing models, and negotiate contracts.
· Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
· Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of sales/account management experience in IT consulting or IT staffing companies.
· Strong track record of revenue generation and account growth.
· Experience handling US clients and understanding of consulting sales cycles.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines.
