Seasonal School Photographer – starting July 14, 2026

Must reside in Sparta, WI or surrounding areas.

Competitive Pay:

$20–22 per hour

Seasonal Flexibility:

work through November, with a chance to extend into December depending on event schedules

Hours:

average 30+ per week, overtime pay during peak weeks

Paid training:

no experience required

Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement

Promotion potential:

Photo Team Lead earns an extra $1 per hour

Daily Pay option:

get paid daily

Your Role

Capture genuine smiles and priceless school memories

Use a personal vehicle to travel to local schools and support picture day

Enjoy new scenery, meet new people, and occasional overnight stays (hotel + per diem paid)

Transport, set up, and take down photography equipment at school locations for photo day events

Use photo software to organize and manage images

Build hands‑on photography experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (must be 18+)

Reliable, insured vehicle and valid U.S. driver’s license (public transportation not permitted)

Willingness to start early (beginning as early as 4 AM) and work occasional extended hours when traveling

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of camera equipment

Ability to store camera equipment at home when not in use

Cheerful, friendly personality – especially around kids

Comfortable working in a school environment with children of all ages and abilities

Strong communication, customer‑service, and tech skills

Comfort working independently for smaller events after training

Travel to schools as scheduled for photo day events

Comfort with computers/cameras and ability to learn new programs

Professional appearance that reflects Jostens’ standards

Reliable cell phone and internet access

Local Requirements

May be required to complete additional background/health screenings as determined by state specific policies
