This is a unique opportunity to engage with clients nationwide to discuss advertising opportunities across multiple platforms, including mobile, online, radio, events and more!/ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliJoin an award-winning, rapidly growing, collaborative sales organization/liliWork in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with diverse, experienced peers and leaders/liliCreatively prospect and grow new accounts through a consultative sales approach/liliConsistently manage a funnel of 50-100 accounts while maintaining service level requirements; meet aggressive activity requirements of 50+ contacts per day/liliRespond to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner/liliProvide client consultative direction on the best use of their advertising funds given the campaign goals; effectively identifying client needs, goals and KPIs/liliCollaborate with peers in and outside your organization/liliMeet and exceed activity, sales and revenue targets/liliManage client expectations to ensure an outstanding experience/liliManage sales activities using industry leading CRM and sales intelligence technology/liliRetain new business accounts through timely follow up and renewal activity/li/ulh3What Youll Need:/h3pMaintain focus in a dynamic team environment/ppRadio or Digital media sales experience preferred/ppProfessional demeanor, including outstanding phone etiquette/ppExperience in a customer care environment/ppExcellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus!/ppA competitive spirit that thrives in a highly accountable, metrics driven and tech savvy selling environment/ppBelief that anything is possible!/ph3What Youll Bring:/h3pRespect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return/ppIn-Depth knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes/ppAbility to apply expertise in a complex sales environment to service large accounts and/or complicated business segments/ppConfidence to prospect and quickly build rapport with customers, adapting messaging and style based on customer needs/ppEase working with senior level executives and using influencing skills to negotiations and drive sales/ppDesire to stay abreast of emerging market trends and customer needs to expand relationships and trust/ppConfidence to solve complex problems using analysis, judgement and multiple sources of information/ppAccountability for your own work and a desire to provide guidance to new team members/ph3Compensation:/h3pSalary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
