SOFTSWISS is hiring a Marketing/Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team. We are looking for a strategic and creative marketing leader to shape and strengthen our global brand presence across key markets and audiences. In this role, you’ll drive brand positioning, lead integrated marketing initiatives, and contribute to the growth and recognition of SOFTSWISS products within the iGaming industry.

Purpose of the role
You will drive and strengthen SOFTSWISS brand positioning across global markets to increase awareness and recognition. This role combines strategic brand development with hands‑on execution across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will ensure consistent brand communication, support go‑to‑market initiatives, and strengthen how the SOFTSWISS brand and products are perceived by clients, partners, and the wider iGaming community. You will also manage complex brand and marketing projects end‑to‑end — from positioning and creative concepts to cross‑functional coordination, launch, and implementation across global markets.

Key responsibilities

Own end-to-end project marketing management of complex brand and marketing initiatives — from strategic planning and creative concept development to cross-functional coordination, production, launch, execution, and post-campaign analysis

Develop and implement positioning, messaging frameworks, communication strategies, and campaign concepts aligned with business goals

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based communication plans, including priorities, objectives, key messages, target regions, and communication channels

Drive consistency of brand communication across all internal and external touchpoints

Define and maintain brand positioning, visual style, target audience profiles, consumer insights, and key messaging

Coordinate and execute 360° brand and campaigns in close cross-functional collaboration

Support go-to-market launches and strategic business initiatives

Create and oversee development of marketing and advertising materials, including key visuals, product presentations, commercial proposals, one-pagers, banners, landing pages, and other collateral

Participate in production and coordination of video content supporting brand and product promotion

Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Design, PR, Content, Digital, Regional Marketing, Sales, and BizDev teams

Coordinate cross-departmental efforts related to exhibitions, sponsorships, industry events, and awards

Ensure compliance with brand visual identity standards across all communication materials

Monitor marketing performance metrics and KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and initiate optimization activities

Continuously analyze competitors, market trends, audience insights, and industry developments

Support budget planning, allocation, and optimization

Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication alignment across stakeholders

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing, or related roles

3+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing across multiple communication channels

Strong project management expertise with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives

Strong understanding of brand positioning, communication strategy, and integrated marketing

Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and multi-channel communication

Experience working with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced international environments

Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution skills

Excellent prioritization, collaboration, and organizational skills

Proactive mindset, high ownership, and problem‑solving approach

Nice to have

Experience working with regulated markets, iGaming, SaaS, fintech, or digital products

Experience with global rebranding or repositioning projects

Experience supporting GTM strategy and demand generation initiatives

Experience managing agencies, creative production, and external vendors
