We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support and execute campaigns that engage
customers, prospects, and industry partners. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in email marketing, social media, CRM systems, website content, and marketing analytics.
What You’ll Do Develop and edit marketing assets (emails, social posts, presentations, product information materials)
Build, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns
Segment audiences and manage CRM data for targeted outreach
Create and publish website and marketing content (blogs, landing pages, resources)
Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and recommend improvements
Support A/B testing and campaign optimization
Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and maintain brand consistency
Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Experience with email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo)
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix)
Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
Basic understanding of SEO and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
Key Skills Self-starting and pro‑active problem solver and contributor
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance
Clear written and verbal communication
Nice to Have Experience with marketing automation or lead generation programs
A/B testing or conversion optimization experience
