Role Overview

The

Product Marketing Lead

will play a critical role in defining how Reale Actives brings products to market and communicates their value to our customers. This person will sit at the intersection of product development, brand, and regulatory — translating product strategy into clear, compelling messaging and go‑to‑market execution aligned with the brand strategy.
This role will own how our products show up across every touchpoint, from launch campaigns to product pages to retail storytelling. You will work closely with product development, marketing, and leadership to ensure every product is positioned in a way that is differentiated, credible, and resonates with our community.
This is a highly cross‑functional and hands‑on role, ideal for someone who is equally comfortable shaping strategy and executing in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment.
What You’ll Own

In this role, you will take ownership of key initiatives including:
Leading go‑to‑market strategy and execution for all product launches
Developing product positioning, messaging, and storytelling frameworks
Translating clinical data, ingredient benefits, and product innovation into clear, compelling customer‑facing language
Partnering closely with product development to align on product strategy, claims, and differentiation
Aligning wtih regulatory teams to ensure compliance in all claims and copy.
Collaborating with brand, creative, and social teams to bring product stories to life across visual campaigns and content
Owning product copy direction across e‑commerce, retail, and marketing channels
Supporting retail and channel expansion with clear and consistent product storytelling
Identifying opportunities to strengthen how products are positioned based on customer insights, trends, and performance
As a growing startup, responsibilities may evolve as the company continues to scale.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

5–10+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related role within beauty, skincare, or CPG
Strong experience launching products and building go‑to‑market strategies
Ability to translate product innovation and ingredient science into clear, compelling messaging
Experience working cross‑functionally with product development and marketing teams
Strong strategic thinking paired with a willingness to execute and “roll up your sleeves”
Deep understanding of the beauty and skincare landscape, trends, and customer behavior
Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Nice to Have

Experience in acne or clinical skincare categories
Experience in both DTC and retail environments (e.g., Sephora)
Experience working closely with founders or founder‑led brands
