Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, systems-minded
Marketing Operations Manager
to bring structure, visibility, and efficiency to our growing marketing team. This role is the operational backbone of marketing—owning processes, calendars, campaign execution workflows, and resourcing to ensure the team delivers high-impact work on time and at scale.
You’ll partner cross-functionally across brand, growth, influencer, product, email and CX to streamline how the brand comes to life cross-functionally.
What You’ll Own
Marketing Planning & Calendar Management
Own and maintain the master marketing calendar across all channels (brand, product launches, influencer, social, lifecycle, etc.)
Ensure alignment across teams on key dates, launches, and priorities
Run weekly/monthly marketing planning cadences and track deliverables
Campaign Operations & Execution
Build and manage end-to-end campaign workflows from brief → execution → reporting
Ensure campaigns are properly scoped, resourced, and delivered on time
Identify potential risks and communicate trade offs to key stakeholders
Create standardized processes for campaign intake, approvals, and execution
Project Management & Process Optimization
Implement and manage project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Notion)
Develop scalable systems, templates, and SOPs for marketing workflows
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve team efficiency
Resourcing & Capacity Planning
Partner with the Director of Brand Marketing to allocate resources across projects
Track team bandwidth and proactively flag gaps or constraints
Help prioritize initiatives based on impact and capacity
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the central hub between marketing, product development, operations, and CX
Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
Keep teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Partner with analytics/performance teams to ensure campaigns are tracked properly
Help build dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing initiatives
Drive post-mortems and capture learnings to improve future execution

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
4–7+ years in marketing operations, project management, or campaign management
Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Comfort leading cross functional meetings and calling out risks, opportunities and solutions
Deep experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, etc.)
Systems thinker who can build structure from ambiguity
Excellent communicator who can work across multiple teams and levels
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping details
Nice to Have
Experience in DTC, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands
Experience managing external agencies or freelancers
