This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, recruiting, and audience engagement.

Your job?
Create authentic video content that attracts, informs, and builds trust with professional drivers, as well as use data and performance insights to make that content even better. This isn't just a videography role.

What You’ll Actually Do

Create and optimize video content that supports recruiting, branding, and audience engagement

Plan, film, edit, publish, and manage video projects from start to finish

Interview drivers and employees to uncover authentic stories

Produce YouTube videos, recruiting campaigns, and social media content

Analyze video performance and use insights to improve future content

Repurpose and optimize existing content to extend reach and impact

Partner with Recruiting, Marketing, Operations, and subject matter experts across ATS

Who You Are

Strong storyteller who understands content should accomplish a purpose

Comfortable both behind the camera and working directly with people

Naturally curious and able to uncover meaningful stories through conversation

Understands that performance matters—not just production quality

Comfortable using analytics and data to improve results

Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple projects

Collaborative team player who values humility, trust, and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is

$60,000 to $82,000 . Base salary is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location, compared to others performing substantially similar work.
