Account Manager, Immunology - Dakotas

Overview The Account Manager, Immunology is responsible for driving Galderma's portfolio sales, executing commercial strategies, and cultivating relationships with high-value customers, including dermatologists, pharmacies, health networks, and professional associations.
Responsibilities Acquire and maintain deep expertise in brand, segment strategy, and product knowledge.
Generate demand for prescription products, including new product launches.
Execute integrated commercial selling strategies and leverage contracting and access platforms.
Develop and lead cross‑functional account plans to drive penetration, retention, and growth for key accounts.
Analyze account and provider objectives to align market, patient access, and reimbursement functions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and use business analytics to anticipate customer needs.
Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and serve as liaison for Galderma’s commercial speaker bureau.
Plan, organize, and execute field‑based activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (required).
Five (5) or more years of outside sales experience with commission potential (required).
Two (2) or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience in dermatology or medical sales (required).
Prior account management, business‑to‑business sales, and generalist sales experience.
Track record of consistent, documented sales performance.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and apply technical, industry, and product information in a consultative manner.
Integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency.
Assertive selling skills and ability to differentiate products for high‑value providers.
Collaboration skills with market, patient access, reimbursements, and internal functions.
Ownership of book of business and results‑oriented mindset.
Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and strategic thinking.
Self‑starter with autonomy and adaptability, working in gray space without structure.
Resilient, persistent, willing to take risks, creative, innovative, and solution‑oriented.
Proficiency with sales data/software, MS Office, and reporting applications.
