In 4+ years, we have launched 4 products and grown to 300+ people in the team.

1. Smart document automation: We relieve the routine—our product makes working with documents easier so that users can focus on more important tasks.
2. Career growth platform: We help people grow—the platform opens up opportunities for career development: from resumes to career consultations, paving the way from potential to realized ambitions.
3. AI job search and automatic resume and cover letter creation: We help people find jobs faster. We do this through AI job search, automatic creation of resumes and cover letters in one click. The service removes the routine, increases the relevance of responses, and helps better position oneself for specific roles.
4. Wittio: A brain training platform that allows you to assess your cognitive abilities (memory, focus, and attention) through tests and improve them through games and other daily practices. We are now looking for a First Creative Marketing Manager for a new Howly product!
What tasks await our First Creative Marketing Manager:
Creating advertising creatives, analyzing their performance, and constantly improving them to attract new users; Monitoring and analyzing the market, constantly generating substantiated hypotheses for creatives; Evaluating test results and breaking them down to the level of individual elements of the creative; Initiating new tests, proposing ideas for scaling successful concepts; Taking an active part in brainstorming and internal creative sessions.
You will be our first creative marketer and will be able to:

What is important to us:
1+ years of experience in creative/performance marketing; Creativity and the ability to generate high-quality new ideas and hypotheses; Proactivity and responsibility for your tasks: you do not wait to be told what to do, but rather propose solutions and ideas; Ability to rely on data when making decisions, analyze large amounts of information, and draw conclusions from it; Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC.
