$75,000 base with $20,000+ commission and occupancy bonus potential

What You'll Do
Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that highlight Gable Pines' unique strengths and neighborly spirit.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners-always with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
Lead engaging tours and events that showcase our lifestyle, services, and caring culture.
Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to move-in ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
Collaborate closely with our experienced director team to align marketing efforts with operational excellence.
Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, translating data into actionable plans that drive sustained census growth.
What You'll Bring

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
