Are you ready to turn big ideas into unforgettable experiences? The Expo Group is seeking a Producer to lead complex live events and experiential programs from concept through execution. In this remote role, you'll partner with clients, creative teams, and production staff to deliver strategic, engaging, and flawlessly executed events. This role contributes to early planning discussions that shape event strategy and leads projects from concept through on-site execution, ensuring programs are strategically aligned, creatively compelling, and operationally sound. While higher education experience is highly valued, the Producer supports projects across institutional, corporate, and mission-driven environments as business needs evolve.
In this role, you will:
Own end-to-end event production, including budgets, timelines, and execution.
Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans.
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring alignment and strong relationships.
Manage vendors, venues, and production partners.
Lead cross-functional teams through planning and on-site execution.
Deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences under tight timelines.
What you bring to The Expo Group:
Educational foundation: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years producing live events or experiential programs.
Credentials: Experience with corporate events, conferences, or brand experiences; higher education experience strongly preferred.
Key skills: Event production, budgeting, client management, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
