Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Management
o Maintain strict brand compliance by collaborating with the Brand Compliance Team and dealers to order uniforms, nametags, tank tags, decals, and POP materials.
o Communicate mystery shop results, reports, available cures, and deadlines to dealers and the Brand Compliance Team; email reminder 2 weeks prior to deadline.
o Engage with dealers and the Brand Compliance Team to assist sites in passing; submit necessary cures and appeals.
o Arrange for price sign repairs and facilitate resolution on other site-related issues, as needed.
Project Management / Trello
o Coordinate the complete process of imaging and re-imaging sites, serving as the main point of contact for imaging companies, dealers, and general contractors to ensure correct imaging materials are ordered and within budget.
o Order necessary equipment such as MNSP, micronode, and pin pads, convey timing for imaging/MNSP installation, and notify internal staff prior to site opening.
o Maintain and update the Brand Executed Matrix Spreadsheet
Develop content for digital platforms, including websites and social media.
Assist in the creation and distribution of sales literature and promotional materials.
Contribute to website development and social media presence
Administrative Duties
Assist in coordinating company events, sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences: order giveaways and brand brochures.
Review, approve, and process vendor and project invoices (e.g. facility allowance, BIPs, rebates, brand fees).
Prepare and distribute wholesale charts, individual sales meeting reports, and sales numbers to sales team.
Train and cross-train new and current team members.

Customer Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
