In Your Day-to-Day, You Will
Paid Media Campaign Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
Monitor performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
Design and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign results
Analytics & Reporting
Use GA4 to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and user behavior
Set up and manage tracking codes and events through Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Generate performance reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders
Strategy & Optimization
Collaborate closely with the Account Director team to align paid media strategies with client business goals
Identify opportunities for growth, scalability, and innovation across campaigns
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices
Budget Management
Manage paid media budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI
Provide budget forecasts and adjust spend based on performance insights and business objectives
Skills You Have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Business Manager)
Strong proficiency in GA4 and GTM, with a solid understanding of tracking and attribution
Proven track record of delivering successful paid media campaigns with measurable results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Skills That Will Make You Stand Out
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
Experience working with hospitality, travel, or tourism brands
Previous experience in digital advertising agencies
Strong presentation skills and confidence explaining performance insights
