Leading the strategy and optimization of paid search campaigns, the full-time Senior SEM Analyst will manage client portfolios, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead implementation, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns, including advanced keyword research and audience targeting
Execute ongoing campaign optimizations to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
Mentor and support onboarding of SEM Analysts while developing training materials and conducting team workshops
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly in paid search
Strong expertise in Google Ads, including campaign strategy, optimization, and reporting
Google Ads Certification (Search required; Display preferred)
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, preferably in an agency setting
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
